Is the site visit free?
Visits are free in Boa Vista. For other parts of Roraima and for Lethem, your consultant will agree the arrangements and travel charges with you.
How do I book?
Use the booking button and send just your name and address on WhatsApp. Our team will agree a suitable date and time with you.
What do you assess during the visit?
The electrical service, roof condition, property wiring and proposed inverter location.
Do you serve rural properties?
Yes. We serve rural properties throughout Roraima, including locations with difficult access, subject to an individual assessment of service arrangements.
Do you offer financing?
In Brazil, financing of up to 96 instalments, potentially with no deposit and up to 120 days before repayments, is subject to bank assessment and conditions. Credit card payments of up to 24 instalments are also offered. These Brazilian terms do not apply automatically in Guyana; request a local proposal for Lethem.
Can you install equipment bought elsewhere?
Yes. We assess equipment purchased from other suppliers and can provide design, installation and utility procedures separately, where applicable.
What after-sales support is included?
We monitor generation and offer an annual inspection visit at no charge. Cleaning and repairs are not automatically included. Specific terms are agreed in the contract.
Do you provide cleaning and maintenance?
Yes. We offer cleaning charged per panel, preventive maintenance and repairs, including systems installed by other companies. Quotations depend on an assessment.
